About these terms

AgenticNova is a browser extension and local bridge published and developed by BytArch Labs. These terms describe use of this website and product. When you use AgenticNova, the proprietary software license supplied with your download and any purchase terms agreed with BytArch also apply.

This page does not replace the packaged software license or remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not use the software. Contact us before buying if you need clarification.

Your license

A valid AgenticNova license key and an internet connection are required to activate and use the bridge’s tools. Your license is limited to its agreed duration, products, and device allowance. The extension and bridge are included together, with all supported AI sites; AI accounts and subscriptions are separate.

AgenticNova is licensed, not sold. The packaged license grants limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable use on devices you personally control while your license is active. Do not share, resell, sublicense, or publish your key or the proprietary software, and do not bypass license validation.

The packaged license also restricts redistribution, publishing source, removing ownership notices, reverse engineering except where applicable law permits it, and using the software to build a competing product. Third-party components retain their own licenses. No ownership of AgenticNova’s intellectual property transfers to you.

Payments and renewals

Current launch prices are shown in USD on the pricing page. Plan buttons open WhatsApp with a prefilled request; this website does not collect payments or automatically issue a license. Before paying, confirm the total, payment method, duration, start time, and any renewal or cancellation arrangements with BytArch support.

Daily and weekly licenses are one-time passes, not automatic renewals. Monthly and annual are the main subscription options. Do not assume recurring charges are enabled unless they have been expressly agreed. Confirm the arrangements for quarterly and half-year licenses as well.

For a cancellation, refund request, payment error, or activation problem, contact bytarchbit@gmail.com or WhatsApp support. Any agreed purchase conditions and mandatory consumer rights apply. This page does not set a blanket no-refund rule or promise a fixed refund window.

Use your tools responsibly

• Only access devices, projects, accounts, files, and services you own or are authorized to use.
• Do not use AgenticNova for unlawful activity, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, or infringement of other people’s rights.
• Review AI instructions, tool access, and output before relying on them, especially for destructive or sensitive work.
• Keep secrets and personal information out of prompts and tool results unless you are authorized to share them with the receiving service.

Built-in filesystem and terminal tools ask for separate folder approvals. Terminal commands run with your account’s permissions, are not sandboxed to the starting folder, and are not approved one by one. Connected third-party MCP servers may have different or broader access.

AI providers and third-party tools

Your AI provider’s terms, account requirements, usage limits, and privacy practices continue to apply. AgenticNova does not include a paid AI account, guarantee an AI provider’s availability, or override its restrictions.

AI outputs may be wrong, unsafe, or incomplete. Third-party MCP servers, websites, and software are governed by their own terms and licenses. Supported provider names and logos do not imply endorsement or affiliation. See our Privacy policy for data flows and our Security page for practical limits.

Availability, warranty, and risk

Website changes, provider restrictions, connectivity, local software, and license-service outages can affect compatibility or availability. Current builds require successful online license validation; tools are disabled when a license cannot be verified. Continuous operation or compatibility with every future website change is not guaranteed.

The packaged license provides the software “as is” and disclaims warranties and limits liability to the extent permitted by applicable law. AI-driven changes and commands can cause data loss or other consequences. Keep independent backups; change history and optional checkpoints are not a complete recovery system.

Nothing on this page excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Refer to the packaged license and your agreed purchase terms for the full provisions.

When access ends

Access depends on an active, valid license. Expiry, revocation, or breach of the applicable software license may end your authorization to use AgenticNova. The packaged license describes termination and the requirement to stop using and remove software copies when it terminates.

Uninstalling AgenticNova does not by itself cancel an agreed billing arrangement or erase server-side license records. Contact support about cancellations, device changes, and data requests.

Changes and contact

We may update this page as the product or terms change and show the revision date above. Check the applicable terms when requesting or renewing a license; do not assume a page change alters terms already agreed for a purchase.
